Mass General Brigham is preparing to vaccinate our patients in the coming months and we need your help at our vaccination centers. 

Who is needed to help?

Mass General Brigham needs to hire both clinicians and non-clinicians to help us with our vaccination efforts.

Clinicians will vaccinate patients and we are hiring the following: advanced practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, pharmacists, certified medical assistants, medical school students, nursing school students. 

We are also hiring non-clinical staff to perform: patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, food service, traffic control, support services.

Who would I work for and how much will I be paid?

For external hires, we have paid, temporary positions with a pre-determined flat, hourly rate depending on role – this information will be shared with you during your first call with Human Resources. This should not affect your existing employment with any other health care organization.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How will I be protected from getting COVID-19?

    The COVID-19 disease is highly transmissible and there is no guarantee against infection. To keep the risk of infection as low as possible, all care providers and other staff at this facility will be given the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and training on how to use it.

  • What are the hours of operation and my schedule?

    The vaccination center hours are still being defined. Your schedule will be discussed and determined during your call with Human Resources.

  • How long will I be needed?

    We encourage you to sign up if you think you can work for at least 30 days either full-time or part-time. We recognize that your personal circumstances could change, and we will do our best to accommodate evolving schedules.
