Lee Park, MD, MPH, is an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School and a practicing internist at Brigham and Women's Hospital. She started at Mass General Brigham in 2017 as the Medical Director for Partners eCare Ambulatory Quality and Safety. Prior to that, Dr. Park was a Deputy Editor at UpToDate and a core educator faculty at Mass General, supervising and educating house staff and medical students.
In her role as Medical Director for Partners eCare, Dr. Park focused on overseeing both ambulatory and inpatient quality and safety related to the entire Epic suite of programs, including clinical registries, decision support tools, medication quality and safety, and patient outreach.
In October 2020, she became the Senior Medical Director for Digital Health and Patient Experience. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing clinical strategy related to the growing suite of digital applications designed to improve the digital patient experience, including Patient Gateway, as well as continuing to oversee Partners eCare quality and safety programs.
She has also overseen the United Against Racism digital access initiatives, i.e., translating Patient Gateway and questionnaires into the top six languages that our patients speak, as well as standing up a Digital Access Coordinator workforce and an iPad loaner program to help patients with digital tools.
