• Dr. Ayers was late, he was rude, he was dismissive, he did not listen to my concerns, he did not review my past imaging with me, he did answer my questions, and he was not kind. His exam was limited and abrupt to say the least. He left me standing in the hallway and walked off with no direction at the end of my appointment. He wrote in my note that I reported no injury, even though I said many times, "I injured myself'. He told me I need a hip replacement and offered me no solution other than that. He did not address my pain other than surgery. He spent max 15 minutes with me after being 35 minutes late. I've never had a more discouraging, disappointing interaction. [redacted]
