Dr. Aizer studied neuroscience at Brown University as an undergraduate before earning his medical degree from Yale University in 2009. He completed his residency training through the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program, where he served as Chief Resident. Upon graduation, he completed a fellowship specializing in central nervous system (CNS) radiation oncology and later joined the faculty at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Aizer’s clinical practice and research is focused on improving outcomes for patients with brain metastases. He serves as Program Director for the MGB Central Nervous System (CNS) Radiation Oncology Program and leads the CNS Radiation Oncology Fellowship Training Program as well. He also is an Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at Harvard Medical School.
