• Doctor is great. However, she spent mi small time discussing next Dx of seborrheic dermatitis. I had to message, via gateway, several questions regarding care and Rxs. Patients should never be left to google Rx instructions. I do like her a lot. She just need to provide detailed information. [redacted]

• I absolutely loved Claire. She's not my normal dermatologist, but she was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable and warm and friendly, put me at ease. She was fabulous. • This was my first time seeing this care provider. She was very professional in all ways. I went into the skin exam wondering if I might have some cancer on my scalp. My scalp was looked out. A sample of the skin on my neck was also taken. I experience no pain. I am cancer free. I am happy.

• The nurse questions were not truly applicable since I never interacted with the nurse in the room when the DR was there. However, I believe a nurse & an observer in training led me into the room. I was asked a question and as I was responding I was cut off twice. When they left the room they were talking right outside the door and I heard the older nurse tell the other they want to tell me their life story and I just don't have time for it. I get they are busy, but the office was quiet the day I was there and honestly, did the discussion need to take place where I could hear every word. It doesn't make a patient feel good hearing someone saying things like I overheard. The DR was very good and did not now this occurred.
