• I was surprised that they seemed to rush the doctors to other appointments, which I'm sure they do, but I was surprised by that. I moved here from Michigan, and I haven't seen a new doctors for 25 years. I never got the feeling they needed to rush. But they have schedules and they're taking too many people in too short a time. • I was very disappointed with this visit. My main goal was to seek treatment for eustacian tube dysfunction which I've had for a few years now and is very bothersome. She barely mentioned it and focused on my hearing loss. She did say I didn't really have it, but never explained what I do have with the cracking and popping in my ears. She said my pressures were normal but didn't address my main concern.

• The care provider was running very late and did not apologize. The care provider did not spend enough time with me to understand my issues and what actions I had already taken. The care provider did not seem to have reviewed my medical history before entering the exam room. I felt rushed and not really heard. The tests ordered and location are not in a place I want to go and no one offered any alternatives.

So she is definitely first rate as well as her experience this particular visit, she was able to take care of a nagging problem in her air canal with some debris that was difficult to remove from the primary care. It was not earwax, it was some skin debris. And Dr. Abdulaziz was able to take care of that immediately with the specialized equipment in that exam room. So we sincerely appreciate all of her help. Mom is going through cancer, final stages of cancer. And she, Dr. Abdul-Aziz showed.
