• The office was having some issues with the phone lines being down and could not receive calls for a couple of days. The reception area was especially sensative to everyone for this issue. They handled each complaint with tact and were as courteous as possible to everyone affected. They managed to rotate the patients in an orderly manner and made issues almost seamless in the process. That allowed the rest of the staff to provide services without huge wait times. The process from getting pre-examined to having images taken was just as smooth and the nurses were just as efficient and sensitive to all of us.
