• Hi, the doctor was very kind and respectful, but I feel like he was rushing me. He didn't take the time to explain things. He was rushing me, like he probably had another appointment that he wanted to get to see other people. And he was, I was quickly out of his office, less than what, seven minutes, under seven minutes. I expect more, I expect detail, but he didn't do that. But he did give me a prescription to go see a physical therapist. So, yeah. He needs to take more time and explain to his patients, you know? So I feel like I was being rushed. Thank you. Bye.

• Dr listened to my medical concerns. He reviewed my x-rays and prior mri throughly with me. The way he explained everything was easy to understand and with compassion. He got me an urgent mri and followed up immediately. I was in tremendous amount of pain and was extremely happy with the competence working with staff to get surgery booked. I have placed my faith in Dr Archibald and know I'm in good hands!

• Hi, this was a second opinion visit to an orthopedist for me with Dr. Archibald and I was very pleased because he was not rushing to do surgery. He chose a more conservative route, which is what I was hopeful for. I have a nursing background myself and I really appreciated that he was willing to give me other options and I was very pleased with the care I got.

It was almost 2 months from the time I called til I actually saw him. I'm glad I waited. I was impressed with his knowledge of my past experiences with my previous, now retired, surgeon.
