• I have been a patient of my PCP for approximately 20 years, and the quality of care she consistently provides is exceptional. She is always extremely well prepared for appointments. It is clear that she reviews my records in advance and comes to each visit with a thoughtful plan ready to discuss. What I appreciate most is that she takes the time to listen to my concerns, address them thoroughly, and explain my options. Rather than dismissing issues, she works collaboratively with me to determine the best course of action. She presents multiple options when appropriate and clearly explains the benefits and considerations of each, which helps me make informed decisions about my care. Her office team is equally outstanding. They are consistently responsive and efficient in processing referrals, orders, and other documentation. This is particularly important because my insurance requires me to obtain specialty care and laboratory services outside of her hospital system. Her team ensures that everything is coordinated smoothly, making what could be a complicated process much easier. The highest compliment I can give is that I continue to see her despite working for a competing hospital system where it would be less expensive and more convenient for me to establish care with another provider. I willingly pay more and travel farther because the quality of care, professionalism, and trust she has earned over the past two decades are worth it. She is an exceptional physician and an invaluable asset to your organization.

• I was in the hospital due to a car accident while I was on vacation in North Carolina and after spending a week in a hospital there and two weeks in rehab and came back up here, Dr. Abbate saw me right away because some follow-up was needed, new scans and things like that and I needed some providers, physical therapy and Dr. Abbate saw me right away and she got services and referred me to other people I had to see immediately. And all these people followed, all these other doctors she referred to me to and the home health services, they responded to me right away within 24 hours and I couldn't have been more pleased. I couldn't have been felt more taken care of and everything, you know, in a matter of a day or two, all these services were set up for me and follow-ups and as I said, physical therapy. It was a traumatic event and Dr. Abbate, once I came back to Massachusetts, just took complete control and got me everything I needed very quickly.
