She just wrote a prescription and said to try it. The prescription has made the skin on my face worse. Not to mention, I had to ask Dr. Alora several times to not leave the room because she was trying to rush out of there and she still didn't answer any questions I've been waiting to ask. [redacted]

Stated she would return to check back in 6 min and returned 11 min into a 16 min procedure. Had to check in twice as I was left waiting for 30 min after my scheduled arrival time.

• A few years back Dr. Alora made my skin clear of a rather severe Psoriasis via a combination of phototherapy and the right medicine; and had kept my skin clear ever since. She is kind and nice, very efficient and mighty knowledgeable. I am very comfortable with and grateful to the care she offered.

• Dr Alora saw me on an emergency basis and was very nice and actually gave me a cream that worked. While there was no follow up appointment to ask how I was doing, I am happy to have something that worked immediately and that also dealt with my dermatitis. She was on time, seemed to know her stuff and I had a prescription within the hour. She was efficient.
