• Dr. A is an excellent surgeon. He is very attentive. He listens very carefully. He makes sure he's fully present. He doesn't try and push anything on you if you're not comfortable with something, but if you do want more explanations or some more options, he's happy to go over them with you because, you know, this was my first time with breast reconstruction and hopefully I will never need him for it again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to contact him. He's just been really amazing. The whole team has been.

• Dr. Agarwal was very kind and he was very down to earth and he spoke to me in such a way that I understood him and I'm positive he understood me as well. I addressed with him my concerns about how I wanted to present with the surgery options that we were discussing. He went over the nuances of the type of surgery for my anatomy and we went over options as to how it would appear after the surgery would be done. He was very kind and empathetic and he has familiarity with working with my type of population so I trust that Dr. Agarwal will do an amazing job when it comes time to the procedure.
