• Dr Baustin was very understanding and helpful with questions I had.

• The doctor was very dismissive and condescending. Referring to me as someone who gets medical advice from "TikTok" when I am someone completely against social media all together. I do not have a TikTok, instagram, facebook or anything like that. I felt as if he was judging me my by age and possibly my appearance.

He had checked my carotid artery ultrasound history and was able to discuss that history in the context of the upcoming ultrasound he was ordering (at the request of another doctor). Even though he was only asked to make the order, he treated me thoughtfully and thoroughly

So I appreciate, I'm sorry that he's only part-time and would love to have him as my primary care doctor, but he's not able to do that because he's retired. • This provider did listen to me and did give me physical therapy because I said that last time that's what they did with my back pain. But I didn't really feel that he really cared because I was in a lot of pain and he said that everything looks fine and maybe looks, but I didn't feel that way. So he did recommend to take Tylenol, but I was hoping to get maybe x-rays done to see why I'm having all these things.
