• I have been a patient of Dr. Banks for many years. From my very first appointment until my most recent appointment a week ago, she has always spent the necessary time with me and has never made me feel rushed. She listens and answers questions to the best of her ability. In addition to her thoroughness, she is kind and compassionate. It can be tough finding a provider like Dr. Banks in these times. I actually look forward to my appointments with her because I know it will be informative, productive and pleasant.

The results speak for themselves, as well as her, and speak to her technique and her skill, because my nerve grafts are bringing my face back to life a year later, and hopefully fully, just in time for my wedding. She's an incredible provider, incredible clinician in person.

• Great staff, friendly, helpful and attentive to the patient's needs. Went out of their way to work around my schedule -both long term and on the day of the appointment.
