• I though the receptionist was not welcoming at all. She seemed like I was bothering her. She had to finish looking at her cell Phone before speaking to me. She rolled her eyes. She should NOT be in this position. Her customer service skills are awful. I loved my surgeon and his team that did the surgery. Very Caring. I trusted them completely

• Dr Christopher Burns had the BEST bed side manners. Dr Burns saved my life and I am forever GRATEFUL for him. This was an emergency surgery and I was so sick and scared. I am truly Blessed for Dr. Burns and his team. Everyone was so KIND to me! My post op appt with Dr Burns he spent an hour with me and he answered all my questions!! God Bless You Dr. Burns!

• Dr. Burns saved my life. I was extremely fortunate that he was the on call surgeon at SSH on [redacted]. He had to perform emergency surgery. I was in a great deal of pain but he carefully listened to me and calmly reassured me that the surgery would happen and that he was going to take care of me. There were two surgeries Dr. Burns performed. Both were successful. [redacted] He is not only a skilled and competent surgeon...I'm still here!, but he is a caring human being who listens carefully and communicates with clarity, patience, and genuine caring. I am so fortunate that he was on that [redacted] night and am very grateful for the care he has porovided for me.
