We accomplished more than I thought we would on this visit! By concentrating on the thing that was most concerning. We were able to cover a lot of ground to that end. I have a massive Rotator Cuff tear, need to have surgery. Dr. Blackstone addressed my concerns & he will convey my concerns & needs to the surgeon, better than I could. I have a rare neuro degenerative disorder that causes the reasons & needs that need to be addressed.

[redacted] Dr. Blackstone is very attentive, very smart, and he communicates exceptionally well. Most importantly, and we got the sense that he really, REALLY wants to help solve the problem of what's at the root cause of [redacted]'s many debilitating symptoms. He spoke about planning to talk with [redacted]'s other neurologist [redacted] so that together they can come up with a plan to get the needed genetic testing done in the most efficient way. He also said he'd reach out to [redacted]'s physiatrist ([redacted] to be present when the latter does the next round of injections next month. What extraordinary interest, and care, and team-work. I'm BEYOND impressed by Dr. Blackstone, and deeply grateful as well!

I cannot thank Mass General and Dr Blackstone enough. After years of being sent to multiple doctors without answers and knowing what to do. Dr Blackstone has given me hope and confirmed my diagnosis. Having someone that understands your disease has been a god send. Truly an expert in HSP.

Dr. Blackstone is an amazing doctor as well as an amazing person. Thank you so much, Dr. B for the work you do for Parkinson's research, the work you do for other patients around the world, and especially the work you do for me, and by extension, the work you do for my wife. You are always very respectful of my wife who talks a lot on my behalf during our visits; I do appreciate that! Thank you for the care and treatment you have given me. I always feel a lot better after our visits.
