• I have known Dr. Bala for a while and I have always felt well taken care of. This last visit [redacted] was an awkward visit. She did not make me feel at easy. In fact, I would have appreciated if she had fully listened what I have to say. I often find women's health as not taking as serious, especially for mothers. Everything is often blamed on the demands of motherhood and lack of sleep. I did not feel support by my provider. It was a disappointing visit.
