• The person that I seemed to talk more to was Dr. Pineda's physician assistant. He spent most of the time with me. Dr. Pineda probably spent half of that time with me. So I really can't comment too much on her effectiveness. She seems really nice and all that, but I didn't spend that much time with either one of them.

• Dr. Pineda and her PA, Dr. [redacted], were extremely thorough, gave me options that I did not have before with another podiatrist surgeon. So I will definitely, they gave me the options that I needed, explained everything thoroughly and why they gave me those options. So I was very pleased to get the full picture and I will definitely be pursuing surgery at a later date and time with Dr. Pineda when that time comes.

• The surgeon was extremely knowledgeable, very detailed in her delivery of the type of procedure I was going to have. Dr Pineda and her team exhibited a stellar presence of people skills, bed side manner as they say. I felt at ease, and very comfortable. The overall cleanliness, safety protocols, and organization was a welcoming experience given the nature of the procedure needed.

So I would say she was extraordinarily beneficial to see, even though it just is a consult.

• I didn't like her bedside manner. I really didn't understand what she was telling me. She seemed upset because she thought I didn't hear her and she asked me to remove my AirPods. I did remove them and I still didn't understand what she was telling me. She was very short with her answers. I asked the nurse/assistant to explain it to me.

• The provider seemed rushed and I didn't feel listened to. She talked about my injury a little and then she wrote up the orders for her recommendations. But she never actually asked if I agreed with her recommendations and/or wanted to do them. Or if I had any other thoughts on the injury. I actually had several concerns with the treatment plan but didn't get to state them except for when I proactively said no to one part of the plan. [redacted]
