• I would say that I had a really great experience. I was really, really nervous and they were so, so nice and calm and helpful. And I was nervous that it was going to take a long time or that anything was going to be like, I don't know, difficult to figure out. And they were so kind and straightforward about everything and like immediately got me like another referral and I just got that call today and booked the appointment. So I'm very happy and excited about that. This has been something that I've wanted to take, you know, steps towards for a while and I'm glad I started it here.

I have only one little complaint which is that I have multiple chemical sensitivity. She put spritzed an antisceptic lotion on her hands which had a scent that made me uncomfortable.
