A few hours later, my foot was no longer screaming with each step. My gait is still far from normal and my foot complains when it bends, but it is better. • Dr. Bluman took the time to find out what my goals were in terms of what procedures would be appropriate for me and what I would like to do with my life. So he took all that into account when making a plan of care. So when I went in, I did not have an understanding of what we would be discussing and by the time I left I had a plan of care in place with direct and clear instructions on what I needed to do next. Follow-up already booked and we have a plan to move forward so that his surgical timeline will fit into my retirement slash travel plans. And I greatly appreciated that he cared enough to ask about what my goal was. That was just a really important question to me and I appreciate that he was so thoughtful about the plan around that.
