• Receptionist had headset on and wasn't looking at me and just saying,"yes, yes, yes." I didn't realize that she was speaking to me and believed she was speaking with someone on the headphones. Turning her head and making eye contact would have been nice and not made me look like a fool to other patients who were waiting.
