• I've been seeing Dr. Buchheit for several years now. She is so caring. She is very thorough. She knows all about my case. She always asks me if I have any questions. She probes about how I'm feeling and is very interested. I cannot say enough about how happy I am to have Dr. Buchheit as my physician.

And once we arrived, everybody was so kind and the doctor was so thorough and so compassionate and followed up with so much information for us and with a resolution for my dad's issue and we were so thankful to have been paired up with her. • I have been seeing this Dr for years. She is wonderful! I hope she doesn't leave the practice like so many of my other providers. You have to wonder, why are so many doctors leaving Mass General Brigham? Are there new policy being implimented that effect patient care? I currently dont have a primary care doctor. I have a NP who is very nice but is not a board certified medical doctor. If this is the future of medical care at the Brigham it makes me feel uneasy.

• I had an excellent experience- from getting a next day appointment to the doctor thoroughly listening to me and including my thoughts and preferences in the plan of care.
