• I LOVED Madison Buchman! This was my first time seeing her and she was the sweetest! She got to know me and reviewed my medical history with me just to make sure everything was as accurate as possible. She made me feel so very comfortable.

• I've seen several OBGYNs throughout my life and was very hesitant to see another one if it were not for my hematologist making a strong recommendation. I'm so blessed and grateful that he recommended Dr. Buchman. She is phenomenal, very knowledgeable, very caring, considerate, compassionate. Something you need in a healthcare professional, especially if you are a woman who is dealing with ongoing gynecological issues. I wouldn't have any other doctor. She is phenomenal.

• While she was good at communicating with why she was making changes to our plan and the appointment, she spent a lot of time questioning on information we received from other nurses and doctors and PAs. And I just feel like if you're going to question other people, do that with them, not in front of the patient, because then they lose confidence in those people. And she was not great about explaining next steps or why next steps were a certain way. So it took a lot of time and effort and frustration on my part to get those answers and ended up getting them from a nurse who was extremely helpful. But the receptionist staff and Dr. Buchman were not helpful in getting those answers at the time.
