• Due to previous experiences (at a different practice), I was super nervous and anxious about this procedure. However, this experience was 1000x better. I felt completely seen and heard about my concerns and was put at ease.

• Dr. Beaton is amazing. She is very personal and attentive. I didn't feel rushed at all and appreciated the fact that she took the time to listen to concerns, offered didn't options, and spoked and joked around like a friend versus a doctor that just punched your ticket and sent you on your way. This is a GREAT way to be. Keep up the good work- this kind of care means a lot!

• My visit at Garrison was, as usual, very good. I had excellent care from Dr. Beaton. This is the first time I've met with her. She was thoughtful, patient, and explained everything thoroughly to me. And she suggests solutions for my issues. that were very much welcoming. As usual, it is always wonderful to be cared for by the doctors there.

And I will say that this office and this provider specifically has done the complete opposite and is absolutely amazing and has healed a part of my heart just by how she's treated me. • I've had two IUDs. When I got the first one out, it was so painful, almost worse than childbirth. I was very nervous about this one coming out because it's been in for 10 years and I was worried it was embedded. But it was basically as easy as a pap smear. She was careful, gentle and adept. I was so happy! She also gave me info on HRT, and when it may be time to start that as I approach perimenopause.

So I was incredibly nervous to see her and leave the Boston healthcare system. But I'm so grateful and happy that I did because she was amazing. I would refer her to my friends and my family. • I had a really good experience. It was a somewhat scary situation for me and they were informative. She left me very calm, gave me all the information, didn't sugarcoat anything, but was very clear, took a lot of time with me, let me ask my questions, even when I was kind of rambling out of stress a little bit. I had never been to this practice before. Well, that's not true. I hadn't been to this practice in 24 years when I was an OBGYN patient. So I was here for a different reason this time being much older and postmenopausal. But I will say that I'm considering that like a new practice experience for me. They were wonderful. I will gladly come back there. I'm glad to be a patient there now.
