• Dr. Bowley was observing me as soon as he called my name: my gait, balance, speech, affect, evidence of discomfort, etc. He used rvery opportunity to look for any physical evidence that would assist him in assessing my currebt condition. The neuro exam was thorough. He listened to my "story" as he determined any changes since i saw him ayear ago. He ordered imaging test to rule out possible causes of my condition. He also teferred me to another discipllne for more specific care. Overall, i found Dr Bowley to be a very personable physician who took time to explain clearly to my daughter and me the working diagnosis and plan of care.

• I've been seeing Dr. Bowley for 12 years now...for a reason. He has always been a true advocate for my best interests. I have other health issues in addition to neurological. He has been conscientious about ensuring that all of my medications work in concert. I believe that all of my physicians are oversubscribed due to the huge demand on the Massachusetts health care system. Despite that fact, Dr. Bowley has made every effort to respond to any difficulties I may be having, including calling me after office hours or on the weekend to make sure that he would address my pain in a timely manner. I've recently been very concerned about a decline in my memory loss and word finding. Instead of just chalking it up to aging, he reviewed ALL of my medications with me and conducted an in office testing procedure. It helped to allay my fears. In summary, Dr. Bowley is a caring, compassionate and top notch Neurologist. I'm glad he is young enough that I can count on the fact that he will be my physician for the rest of my life!!

• Finally explained to me why I am experiencing the pain I am and how it affects my body. The explanation of how my body is responding to the stress on my nerves was shown on my film. The stenosis shows how much of my nerves were affected although still mild symptoms are not.

Within a week I was contacted with an available appointment for the next day with the physician I had requested. On the day of my appointment, the department was very busy and one of the providers was not in. Despite that, Dr Bowley came out himself at my scheduled appointment time to call me in. He was very personable, listened and answered my questions. The appointment ran efficiently but I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend this provider.
