• Dr. Balkin is a force of nature. She is an excellent communicator, facilitator, and thinker. I feel very fortunate to have such a talented physician who is so helpful whenever I inquire about anything or have problems that need to be dealt with. If it were possible to clone her, the Pioneer Valley and the world could use many more of her.

• Upon checking in the main receptionist wasn't there. I was called around the corner and got checked in. The main receptionist arrived late to their shift, had forgotten their key and was dressed unprofessionally. This didn't really impact my experience but it was noticeable and disrespectful to his coworkers.

She asked pertinent questions, tried to gave me some advice on how to deal with the issues. She prescribed sure she called for some blood work, got that done, got it back in a very timely fashion. She followed up immediately with me on that to reassure me that things were fine. So I couldn't be more pleased with my doctor. Thank you so much.
