She is without a doubt the most Professional and committed Doctor I have experienced. I now see her bi- annually for Care. • I am so fortunate to have Dr. Bergmark as my ENT. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and personable. She never rushes me and always answers all my questions. I needed a 3rd sinus surgery (others were done by 2 different doctors) and was very apprehensive but Dr. Bergmark was very patient with me and gave me time to finally say yes. I have to say that this surgery was very successful and not as bad as I imagined and I am glad that I chose Dr. Bergmark as my new forever ENT! I wish she could be cloned!

• She listens to all the difficulties and explains what's causing them or what if she doesn't know then she researches. She listens with concern and respect. I always feel like a better person and better care and I'm in excellent hands whenever I leave. I think she's exceptional. She answers all the questions and lets me look at the monitor when she's putting the scope up my nose. And she really looks at her notes and remembers what I have said from past experiences and if I need more tests, she schedules them and on my portal, I wish I lived closer because I'm about two hours or more away.

• My symptoms are complex and well-documented, including recurrent sinus infections, inflammation, and obstruction that is sometimes unilateral and episodic. Despite sharing detailed history, previous imaging, and symptom patterns, I felt that my concerns were minimized. The focus was on a CT scan from several months prior, which does not reflect my current flare-ups, and my description of acute, recurrent issues was not addressed in a meaningful way. I left feeling dismissed and without actionable guidance for managing a complex, chronic condition. I would encourage the office to take the full patient history into account, especially for patients with recurrent or atypical sinus issues.
