• Everyone at the office was SO SWEET! I came in for allergy testing, which is nothing but an uncomfortable experience, and every one of the providers I met with treated me with nothing but patience and care. From the moment I was making my appointment, everyone was respectful and so very caring. Allergy testing is a nerve-wracking experience but I felt supported throughout the whole appointment.

• Nurse forgot about the expiration of the timer on my allergy test and didn't show up for about 5 minutes after the timer went off. Raised a question about attentiveness, especially to details.
