• Dr. Birnbaum has been my PCP for longer than I can remember and I wouldn't want to see anyone else.

• Dr. Birnbaum is the best. She has been my PCP for decades for a good reason. She always listens to me and supports me as a partner, not someone who just tells me what to do. She wouldn't be my doctor otherwise.

She is always kind, compassionate and understanding of any of my needs. She has always been very knowledgeable about any issues or concerns that I've had about my health. She has worked diligently to take care of any of my needs concerning my health and she has brought to my attention, her concerns for my health, and we have addressed those issues which have improved immensely over the years because of her caring and knowledge of my underlying conditions of my health, and she is an excellent asset to mass General hospital

I know it is available on patient gateway. I did obtain a appointment for my next visit which was done not to conflict with other future appointments.
