• Good afternoon. I've had a very good experience, a very nice one, very good, very good doctors, very good nurses. Yes, I've felt very comfortable with the visits and the surgeries I've had, and yes, very, very good. I would recommend them, and I'm very satisfied with my hospital, my nurse, and my doctors.

She also scheduled an annual appointment with me next year. Her patient-centered care was worth the wait.

• I've been Dr. Borboli-Georgiani's patient for many years. I admire the attitude she invariably demonstrates vis-à-vis her patients: an enormous attention, thoughtfulness, compassion, empathy, the desire to explain the situation, possibility of different approaches, and the likely prognosis. The degree of her professional knowledge and understanding, I do not want to even start talking about it. It is beyond any imagination. She is really everything that a medical doctor is to be. This medical institution (or any medical institution for that matter) is lucky for having such an ideal practitioner.
