• Yes, this is [redacted], and Dr. Barry was very informative and a great listener. I felt very comfortable with her and the nurses, receptionists. It was a good experience, even though my head was in a bad place. She was great. That's all I can say. She really exceeded what I was looking for.

• I felt as though the provider did not trust the information that I provided to the point that I made a statement, "it feels like you don't trust me right now". I'm concerned that I had to tell the provider five times the prescription that I take on a daily basis. If I can't be trusted with reporting the medication I take, how will other health related concerns be handled? I also felt that the provider did not respect care that I have received from a naturopath. I do not expect a Thyroid Specialist to agree 100% with naturopath approaches, but I do expect that the provider will not pass passive judgement during the appointment. With that being said, I do appreciate that my request for antibody labs was respected and ordered. Lastly, I do not feel the provider properly reviewed my history prior to our discussions as I was asked to tell her my entire thyroid history. By the end of the appointment she realized that there was information in my file that properly documented my history.
