• Dr. Beaudoin's been my doctor for about 24 years, and he's always been respectful, and informative and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. I've had a lot of surgery, so sometimes when I come in, he doesn't have everything right in front of him, but he finds it when I talk to him about it. And then the only thing I have to say I don't like is I don't like not being able to talk to you know, the people firsthand instead of AI or calling there and having a question for the doctor. I don't like having to do it online and waiting and it's not the doctor that answers. It's like nurse practitioners. It just seems like it's hard. Before, if I had a question directly and wanted an answer from the doctor, he would always call back after his, you know, day shift was over. He called.
