I spent hours composing it and brought it to MGH 3 days before my appointment to give the doctor time to read it. It seems I wasted my time. As a result, some important issues were not discussed. • This was like doc appointments used to be where dic actually examined, listened to lungs, etc which prior PCP never did. Instead of just cataloguing symptoms he is starting to look for possible solutions. Also felt comfortable with both him & the resident. I think when they get to know me better we may make some progress.

And when I wanted a referral to a therapist, he said, "Well you know it's so subjective there's no point." Additionally, I always feel as though I'm on the clock.
