• Hello, this is [redacted]. I saw Dr. Alene Conant for my first time a couple weeks ago. I thought that she was very knowledgeable about what I was going to see her for. She had a very good idea of the different things that my issue could be related to. She made me feel very comfortable speaking to her along with what we could potentially do to try and find out the causes of my issue. She had a good plan as to what should come next. Again, she was very polite, respectful. She took her time to explain and listen to what I had to say. She was, you know, a nice person. I was very happy to be able to get an appointment with her as soon as I could. And I appreciate her taking her time to work with me.

• I wished I had more time with her and second, because of my age, I believe I couldn't understand the different things that she was saying. I would have liked to have had her write down what she would tell me that would help me as far as my medicines and stuff. But I don't remember any of that part. I guess I'm losing it.
