She did not rush me, she answered questions so that I could understand and asked some questions showing me that she wanted information so that she better understood my situation. She explained my plan going forward, which I was very happy with. She even was adept at fixing a glitch with the Zoom technology, as I inadvertently signed in twice to our meeting (who knew).

• Hi, my feedback for this provider is that they are not very attentive to my needs and essentially in terms of patient advocacy, it kind of felt like everything was up to me, not like essentially, you know, on my end, not that they would provide any support. And that kind of discouraged me from, you know, feeling empowered and as a healthcare provider, that's very disappointing to hear.

• My appointment just seemed more like a sales call for weight loss drugs. It was a very quick meeting. She basically just explained the cost of the drugs. In fact, insurance probably wouldn't cover it, but didn't go into any real depth on anything else for weight management. She did offer for me to talk to a nutritionist, but not in a way that made me feel that that would be worthwhile. Really just ended up with, hey, you can take these drugs or not. They might not have adverse reactions to your other medications, but I didn't get a good sense from the visit as a whole.
