• This was my first appointment with Dr. Chong. She was very thoughtful and thorough and addressed all my concerns. Someone brought me to her room. I don't believe he was a nurse though. He said that she would be in, shortly, which she was. I like this doctor and I would see her again and certainly recommend her to others.

When I tried to explain my situation which has been for a long time, she said she didn't notice anything today and quickly checked my ears, nose and back of my mouth. I was very uncomfortable and she was not at all compassionate. I felt as though she thought I was imagining it because she didn't notice anything that day. I expected some kindness and caring due to my situation. When I asked my primary doctor if I should see an ENT doctor because I have talked to all my doctors and she thought that would be the way to go.
