A cat scan of my heart must be performed to evaluate and other heart problems. Dr Chae always listens to any concerns or questions I might have.

She is incredibly smart, but also so relatable and kind and patient. She explains things so well. She'll point things out on a graph or a chart. She'll even draw things out sometimes to give you a better understanding. I am grateful for her and I wish all doctors could be at her level.

• It is very difficult to understand what the intake people are saying since in addition to the plastic shield many are wearing masks. When the techs come out to call people's names, if you don't have a buzzer, they stand in the corner of the room instead of moving more to the center to call names. Are the buzzers cleaned between people? I always find the office to be chaotic; some people are more professional but some are not.
