• Calming presence, but slightly diminutive, or simply uninformed about certain conditions. I'd much prefer an "I don't know" to immediately shutting down my own observations and theories based on (unbeknownst to Dr. Chin) my own medical studies. He also made several skeptical comments about orders/medications prescribed by my pediatrician at the same practice. At least he, after persistence, ordered requested labs, but I feel as if he did so just so I'd stop asking.
