Dr. Chen was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also listened to me very thoroughly and gave me suggestions on what to do before my next appointment where I will have trigger point injections.

I never fill these things out but I felt compelled to in this case. Dr.Chen went above and beyond for me for this appointment. He treated me with the kindness and empathy you would want from a medical professional. He did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of before an upcoming trip even though I didn't give him much notice. The nerve blocks he did worked beautifully and I couldn't be happier.

Dr Chen was very knowledgeable and professional. He had obviously read all the information that we sent to him. I have been dealing with cluster headaches for 12 years, have been to 5 neurologists, 2 pain management doctors, have tried multiple procedures and been on countless meds. Nothing has worked. He offered information that has never been mentioned before. He spent an amazing amount of time with me and offered a plan to follow. I am very grateful for finally having some hope that he can help me get my life back.

Given how complex my situation is Dr Chen's approach was very good in that he considered a number of factors other than trying the latest migraine medication.

Dr. Chen took his time and listened and then came up with a treatment plan that I was happy with. I appreciate them moving the appointment up so that I could be seen more quickly. And the people in his office were very nice.

Provider is great. Didn't know much about my history though even though i started the first appointment with him and later kept doing follow ups with the APP. But was very nice and polite and did the procedure very quickly

It was the most thorough appointment I've ever had. Dr Chen was not in a hurry, asked dozens of questions, and eventually arrived at an additional diagnosis that really surprised me. I'm hoping that his recommendations will really make a difference.

He logged onto the zoom 16 minutes late, when he logs on the first thing he said was "have we met before" and I proceed to remind him how he is my doctor and we've seen each other multiple times. I was in the hospital the weekend prior to seeing him relating for the reason for this visit was to follow up on the reasons I was in the ED, and he had no idea about any of this until I told him and didn't look at my chart prior. Was unhelpful.

This was a virtual visit. Um, he didn't show his face on the visit. Um, so I didn't know really who I was talking to unless it was, you know, because it just only had his name. Um, he also just wasn't really, uh, he was 30 minutes late to the appointment. So I, I almost thought that I missed the appointment. Um, and I kind of just feel like, um, it was just standard procedure for him and he was just running through a list of things and. He wasn't exactly thorough and didn't really have much to say. I used him as a second opinion. I didn't feel like it was a great second opinion. [redacted]
