Dr Crandell had a warm and empathic manner which lead me to believe that knew the history of my experiences which multiple surgeries and upcoming breast surgery. He reassuring that having the amputation would improve my overall health and quality of life. He wanted me to take the time to consider all the information provided during the consultation. He would accept my immediate answer. A telehealth conference was set up to ask any further questions I might have contemplated and to give my final answer about my amputation.

Everything went great with the issue I went in for. I am just waiting for a referral to the bike riding clinic or some sort of contact with the last name of Leiden who's going to contact me about getting a bicycle or trying on a bike as I'm anti- and I'd like to try it.

Dr Crandell was very professional and caring. There were two other individuals in the room during the appt. I'm not aware of who they were. They probably were introduced to me, but I did not catch their titles. My prosthetist was also involved in the appt via Zoom, which I appreciated.

Hi there, I feel like my daughter, [redacted], had the best time with this particular provider who seemed to open up a million trillion different opportunities and doors, but also seemed to make it about her and seemed very child-centered, which I really appreciated and I know my daughter did.

While he was running a little bit late, it was okay once I met with him because he's absolutely thorough, listens, shares, gives you information, and knows what the hell he's doing. He's fabulous.

My visit with Dr. Crandell was exceptional. He's very intricate in how he treats his patients and he's very attentive to his patients as well. My experience with Dr. Crandell was a great experience and he's also the reason why I'm getting along in life after my impairment and catalyzation of my left leg. But he was wonderful. Thank you, doctor.

I like Dr. Crandell and I think that he cares about my health. I think this experience was disappointing because I didn't get any specific recommendation about how to get better. It is really difficult -- almost impossible to find a doctor that specializes in care for amputees. This is a situation where I can meet with my prosthetist and a medical doctor in one setting, but I still didn't get a clear understanding of what I can do to improve or heal or what the cause of my issue was. Sometimes you can't expect this, but it is still very frustrating.

I have a recent above knee amputee with Dr. Crandell was attentive, patient kind, and thorough. He is making appoint that I am fitted with the correct prothesis and has insured me that my PT going forward would be with Spalding rehab as part of the boost program. Once I receive my new prosthesis I will start the boost program and looking forward to it

Dr. Crandell and his staff are the best. Out of all my caregivers I heard listened to and also a deep understanding of what it takes for me to have the physical type of future I want for myself. I consider myself so fortunate to have this team on my side.
