• I was extremely impressed with Dr. Cares. He was prepared, had reviewed my record before I came in, and spent a great deal of time talking with my wife and myself about my condition, reviewed things in a detailed way that was easy to explain, was very cordial and warm in his interaction, did what I think is a very thorough examination, and then spent a great deal of time afterwards talking to us about what the options were, what choices I had going forward, and suggesting that I get further imaging done, which his office set up in a very timely way and followed up with me immediately. • Dr Cares was almost an hour late to see me. He did apologize immediately, having explained that he needed to finish with his previous patients. He said he would spend as much time with me as was necessary to obtain all necessary information, review tests, answer questions and complete his examination which he did, very thoroughly. We came up with a plan for next steps. Dr. Cares shared his detailed notes documentation with me for accuracy and provided me a copy.
