• I love my care provider at MGH. She is so thoughtful and thorough with my healthcare and listens and includes me in my healthcare.

• I drive almost 2 hours to see her she is the most caring and understanding provider I feel seen and heard and not like a paycheck she makes me feel comfortable and I trust that all her advice in the best interest of me and not a paycheck she does not make me feel rushed ever.. I love her

She never makes me feel dumb when I don't get something - instead, she breaks it down so well that even I walk away thinking, "Wow, I actually understand this now!" And let's talk results: thanks to her hard work and persistence, I can now proudly say I'm a former smoker and drinker. Yep, retired from both bad habits - and it feels like I just won the championship game. I'm beyond grateful for her dedication, and I'll happily brag that Dr. Chu helped me trade cigarettes and booze for fresh air and clear mornings.
