• Short, irritable, spoke with medical terminology I didn't understand and when asked for clarification he kept interrupting stating "I'm explaining". Interrupted my explanation of concerns during conversation. Did not listen. Terrible bedside manner. Physical gestures (putting his hands on his forehead) as if he was frustrated, inconvenienced and put off by my questions. [redacted]

• This visit was different in the respect that I felt the doctor was in a hurry... I dismissed this feeling thinking perhaps his schedule was exceedingly busy. I felt I was being rushed through and this was not the experience I have come to know from this excellent physician. I have every confidence and praise for the excellent care I have received from him and would never want to loose him. Ps I'm aware that we all have those days when things don't always go the way we want or expect. I feel that an attitude adjustment is needed, on my part, I'm striving for "Less criticism and more compassion."

• All the nurses, the doctors that come in to see me, the person who gave me the medication before my eyes were operated on, every one of them couldn't be more respectful, made me relax. They were absolutely wonderful. I would absolutely recommend Brigham, I mean Mass General Brigham, and Dr. Ciolino. He has a wonderful staff working with him. • I thought Dr C was very helpful and knowledgeable but he was so busy that I felt, even though he spent a little bit of time with me, that he was in a rush...he was rotating between 4 patients and one was. undergoing a procedure. He recommended surgery for me, which I was expecting, but I did not get a lot of info about the process (will there be a pre surgery visit, after visits, etc.... involved with surgery and did not feel like he had enough time to chat about all of it. I am comfortable with him and almost feel badly that he was so busy but it would be nice to feel like I knew him a little better before embarking on surgery ---

These visits are always top. A plug that I had in my right eye for maybe ten years was removed at my desire because it seemed to have been bothering me for a long time.
