• I was very pleased with this visit. Just needed an X-ray of my broken finger and confirmation of what I suspected. Was seen very quickly, X-rayed very efficiently, and then met with the medical professional again in a very timely manner, receiving guidance that I needed and on my way I went. She had a challenging patient in the office and her staff handled it as well as could be expected given his presentation. I was very impressed with the staff and dr. Caldwell. Hopefully I don't have to return because the treatment works so well, but if I need to I would see them again!

• The nurse or whatever her title is who saw me before my doctor was abrupt and seemed in a rush. She started telling me why I was there, and when I handed her the report about my injury from the dr I saw while on vacation, she briefly read the first part of it and started summarizing that. When I told her that there was more to the story and to please read the rest of the report, she told me to summarize it. I tried, but then just pointed to the next paragraph and asked her to read it. She did, verbally corrected her initial statements about my injury, wrote notes on her paper, and said that she would give this to the Doctor who would be in shortly. I have been to this office before and have never been treated by anyone in such a rude and disrespectful manner.

Visit was over in three to four minutes. Visit did not answer my questions and I did not understand plan as recommendations as I understood were contradictory and doctor was not willing to give more time it appeared to me to answer or clarify her recommendations. • For one of the first questions about the timeliness of being seen, I gave it a 3 instead of a 4 only because Dr. Caldwell's schedule was running behind, but it really wasn't a problem. I probably waited longer than I've waited before, but again, it was not really a problem.
