• Dr. Crowson is an excellent doctor. Last year he went above and beyond explaining about the use of certain medications and the effects they could have on me. When I went to Mass Eye and Ear ER for dizziness I was given Ativan and it helped immediately. Dr. Crowson took a lot of his time explaining to me that Ativan was not good for me long term. He explained extensively about all the side effects. As a nurse I was a bit set on the Ativan because I had immediate relief but Dr. Crowson went into great detail sharing all the data on the adverse effects of Ativan. He is an excellent Doctor. I really appreciate him!

I had seen another doctor prior and did not recommended PT, but recommended seeing Dr. Crowson, I am glad he did and after PT I have improved. My daughter is a doctor, she made the visits with me and she was pleased with both visits with Dr. Crowson.

• Everyone was knowledgeable and kind. The only thing that I wish had been communicated is that eyelashes can get in the way of the scan and there seemed to be nothing to remedy this. I feel like they need some of the tools optometry uses to keep people's eyes open. I would have brought an eyelash curler or something

• It was a vestibular test. It did not need questions about medication. That is why I said no. There were no other options. The provider of the test was very efficient and helpful through the whole test.

John, the vestibular rehab testing technician was also fabulous! It's a pretty scary and unnerving thing when you were trying to be made dizzy in an isolated chamber strapped in and unable to move your head nor body. He talked to me throughout and was very knowledgeable about what we were doing and reassuring. I was grateful.

• In all my meetings with Dr. Crowson he appears to be well informed on the latest research and he always has good suggestions about how to target specific issues. He has consistently made referrals to adjunct treatment that has been very helpful - where some of my other doctors have failed to do. He is also quite reassuring that if symptoms worsen I can reach out to him for help. He is an excellent doctor and I'm fortunate to have him in my team.
