• I was very impressed with the efficiency and effectiveness of this practice. I live in [redacted], and traveled to Waltham for the appointment. I work in the healthcare field, and consider myself a good advocate for my own care, but in the case of my broken arm, I ran into a very bad situation. [redacted] The care I have received in [redacted] for my broken arm has been beyond subpar. I have lived in developing countries and gotten better health care. It's as if our entire medical system has given up. I was much heartened to experience a dramatically different experience at Dr. Chen's office. You are on a great trajectory and I look forward to recommending your practice to others. Thank you for getting me in and explaining my condition so thoroughly.

• I saw Dr. Chen and another doctor and I couldn't be more pleased. They listened to what I have been experiencing and it's been a very difficult year for me and my house burnt down. I'm in an irrevocable truss. I don't have a house anymore and my daughter died of cancer. I lost all her pictures in the fire and I got hit on a crosswalk by a car and I got PT, which was wonderful at Mass General in Waltham. And I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Chen and the other doctor. And I'm going to be following up because he's going to have me get nerve tests, which I'm still in a lot of pain. And I couldn't ask for better, really. I'm just so impressed.
