• He was amazing. I have been trying to find out why I have been so fatigued for the last 6 years. I have been feeling this way for 10 years. I feel as though there is hope now. In the past everyone just couldn't figure it out and moved me on. My GP is the one who recommended a sleep study which finally brought me to Dr Cass. I feel so fortunate to have met him and to be his patient.

• Dr. Cass was INCREDIBLE!!! I was SO impressed!!! He spent plenty of time with me, listened well and asked follow up questions to make sure he fully understood. I have never experienced a doctors appointment like this. This was probably the best experience I've ever had with a doctor in my 30+ years of life! Grateful to have him on my team!

• They weren't provided with the records that they needed when the referral was made, but the doctor took his time going over everything with me and planned to get the records to follow up. So he really just took his time to listen to me and help me and help understand the situation and was going to make sure he got the records to make informed decisions. And I thought he handled it really well considering the records would have been helpful to navigate in the moment, but he was really kind throughout the whole thing, as well as the MA.
