• Dr. Churchill is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. You could tell that by his extremely good knowledge of the procedure, his experience that I read about and that I heard seemed disgusting. He knew exactly what to ask me, how to examine me, what to offer me. He followed up with what I told him about as far as the things that are in my record. I have absolutely no complaints and I think he is just a terrific practitioner. And I look forward to having my surgery with Dr. Churchill. Can't say enough good about him.

• I like the way that Dr. Churchill, he did end up calling me a little bit later because he was hung up, I think, in surgery, and he did apologize in advance for doing that. I also appreciated his brutal honesty of the pain that I will probably be in after my surgery and just the longevity of it. And he was just honest about it and very explaining everything as very layman's terms and just all medical terminology. And I really appreciated that and explaining what the over the time after the surgery, how long it's going to take to recover and those things like that. So I really appreciate his honesty on that.

• Dr. Churchill has a strong ability to communicate, but it is WHAT he communicates that is even more important. Based upon my current pain level (none) and limitation (also none), he does not believe it is in my best interest to do surgery to repair a partial tear of my rotator cuff and in fact, suggested that physical therapy might enable me to throw a ball again. This is in stark contrast to an orthopedic surgeon who, years ago, suggested surgery almost immediately before the tear worsened.
