He was very thorough and had clearly reviewed my records and asked me for pertinent follow up information that is under a different medical umbrella so the records aren't in the Gateway. We talked about a lot of levels of what I'm experiencing and managing my care. (huge contrast with the prior endocrinologist I saw.)

• This is my first visit as I am a new patient. My endocrinologist retired and I had to find a new one so early last fall I called this office, was able to be accepted as a new patient but I had to wait till this April for my new patient visit. In the meantime I have been very sick [redacted]. Dr. Coffin agreed to turn my in office visit to virtual. He was wonderful! He obviously had gone over my records and new my history with thyroid issues in my life. He set up the required blood work for my next round of testing and next year's appointment is scheduled. He listened and showed compassion and he was very interested in my current situation to get the whole patient picture. I am glad it went smoothly and I am relieved I found a new doctor that I feel good about.
