She's friendly and can explain the clinical implications with ease. Yes, they run behind sometimes. I'm a clinician and I do too. It's part of taking good care of the patients in front of you. They had an emergency that day. She was a little bit late. She's worth waiting for. I recently referred her to a friend of mine who also has glaucoma he's trying to get in to see her at the very least for a second opinion. She has my complete confidence.
