We had to specifically ask the questions to reach the answers. It would be helpful if the Dr could start off the appt with this is what I see...these are concerns, this is treatment options this is diagnosis, this is what I feel is best, this is what you have. He was 25 minutes late to my virtual appointment. when you are waiting virtually you have no idea if your appointment is going to happen, if you've been disconnected, if any one is going to come on? If I were to provide any constructive criticism it would be the following: It's odd that they don't automatically check the prostate or insist on urine samples (I have to ask), or even blood pressure or weight (seems like standard stuff to check) but they do not do that during visits... and maybe there's a protocol for not to do that each annual visit or not necessary every visit- not sure.
